Lee Anne here! I'm so excited to welcome you to this qigong class designed specifically to tap into the rhythm of Fall. 

In Chinese Medicine, Fall is associated with the lungs & our immune system.

In this 45 minute class you will practice the ancient art of moving meditation to:

 **strengthen lung capacity 

**let go of stress, sadness & grief

**build the immune system

We will access a well of energy already inside of you and bring in courage, inspiration & determination!

When we release and let go , we create space for vitality, calm and are able to move through life with more ease.
