Lee Anne here! I'm so excited to welcome you to this qigong class designed specifically to tap into the rhythm of Winter.
In Chinese Medicine, Winter is associated with our kidney health, longevity & vitality.
In this 45 minute class you will practice the ancient art of moving meditation to:
**strengthen kidney health
**we will talk all things Yin energy
**let go of fears & worries
**bring in peace & tranquility
We will access a well of energy already inside of you and bring in calm, willpower & restorative energy.
When we release and let go , we create space for vitality, calm and are able to move through life with more ease.
We end with beautiful meditation visualizing a moonlit mountain lake. Tapping into the stillness and calm.
